The face gets thinner from the cheekbones to the jawline. There are malar fat pads in the middle face area. If these fat pads are larger than normal, the sharp and attractive appearance of the face is disrupted, causing the individual to have a “square face” appearance.

The surgical process…

The surgery is performed under local or general anesthesia. The cheek fat pad is accessed by entering through a small incision made on the cheek mucosa from inside the mouth. It is aimed to obtain the desired appearance by removing the desired amount of fat tissue.

Routine follow-ups are planned as the first week, second week, first month, third month, sixth month and the first year.
